Community publishing

Copyright & IP policy

This page explains the responsibility you accept when you make an insvee.ai result public. It is product guidance, not legal advice. If you are unsure whether you can publish something, pause and get permission or professional advice first.

Publishing is public

A generation being available in insvee.ai, or passing a product check, does not prove that its images, video, audio, logos, characters, voices, or likenesses are cleared for public use. insvee.ai is not a copyright-clearance service and cannot guarantee that every work is free of third-party rights.

Before you publish

  • Own the content, or have permission and a licence that covers this public Community post.
  • Check every reference image, video, music track, voice, logo, trademark, character, and person likeness.
  • Do not rely on a personal-use, evaluation, or model-library licence if it does not allow public redistribution.
  • Do not publish private or personal information without the required consent or another lawful basis.

What the checkbox means

The publish form blocks submission until you confirm that you can share the result and its references publicly. insvee.ai validates that confirmation on the server and records the confirmation time with the Community post. The confirmation is your statement about your rights; it is not a clearance certificate.

What insvee.ai may do

  • Hide or remove a post while a copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness, or other rights concern is reviewed.
  • Ask for context or evidence and restrict Community publishing for repeat or serious violations.
  • Cooperate with valid legal requests and preserve relevant moderation records where appropriate.

What is not implemented by this policy

No automated image or video scan can identify every copyrighted work, licence restriction, celebrity likeness, or local-law issue. A scan result, model response, or lack of a warning must never be treated as permission to publish.

Malaysia reference

Malaysian copyright rules can provide civil remedies and, for certain conduct, criminal penalties. Any protection available to an online service provider is conditional and depends on the facts and the steps taken after a valid notice. Review the current official material and obtain Malaysian legal advice for a specific situation.

If a published post raises a rights concern, keep the post URL and explain what work or person is affected through your insvee.ai support channel. Do not send confidential evidence through a public Community comment.
